Almost immediately after the dust had settled on the 2016 festival we began work on our new look, inviting friends and colleagues to give their thoughts about what Fringe means to them, and evaluating our own requirements and hopes for what a new design should convey.
We commissioned the very talented alinadsgn.com to create a new concept and she's been working hard over the past few months to develop the brand which is based on the theme of mosaic - drawn from the iconic Prague paving tiles, and the concept of Fringe as an interlocking mosaic of different elements.
We're also very happy to introduce you to our new mascot: Fringeon (Fringe pigeon - geddit?!). He'll be joining us for the journey to Fringe and giving his opinions and top tips along the way. Look out for him!
The website has been entirely re designed and revamped, with improved functionality for the user and quick access to the information you need. We hope the Progamme (coming soon) will be a great improvement and make browsing and selecting shows easier than ever before.
