Fringe Food 2011

Here are a range of venues associated with the fringe - as with any place you visit we'd love you to let the staff know that you are in town for Fringe Festival Praha, it all helps to get our name 'on name on the streets'!

We love this cafe, they have always been very fringe friendly. Open for coffee from 11am, serve lovely lunches from 12 - 2pm
At the rear next to the piano is a little outside area which is a real sun trap (fingers crossed!)

Czech basement cafe, bar, restaurant - good food, great food... food service isn't the quickest (because the food is so good and freshly prepared) and it's very easy to lose an afternoon in there! Fine for coffees and drinks.
Every day 12:00 - 16:00 lunch-menu 5EUR - This includes Soup, Main dish and Drink

Sells international papers, has tram tickets and round the back an oasis of a sun trap, is quite smokey inside but sells good coffee and a range of teas and light snacks.

Not strictly in the fringe district but Globe Bookstore is a Prague institution (a mecca for artists, writers, students and travellers) and a long time friend of the Fringe - they are happy for you to distribute your posters and print here and invite you to keep it topped up throughout the festival! Great food at good value too.
