Organised by 'Home Sweet Home' in all areas of town including Fringe central. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - from as low as 800 CZK (cca 29.00 EUR) per person per night when two sharing in beautifully located historical properties a few minutes walk from the Fringe venues and as low as 650 CZK (cca 24.00 EUR) per person per night when 6 are sharing and further out. The web-site has a comprehensive list of hundreds of possibilities and is great fun to go through.

Group Bookings! Home Sweet Home have dozens of apartments of all shapes and sizes that cater for groups bookings. They also have a number of multiple apartments to accommodate large groups at the same address. In previous years groups of up to 60 have all been accommodated under the same roof.

Tips on where to stay: Mala strana is where the festival largely takes place but Andel (on the same side of the river and south of Fringe central) is also very near and easy to get to by tram no 12 (7 min.) Stare mesto (Old Town) is easy to get to by foot across Charles Bridge and to escape the madness and experience the more local side of Prague, leafy Vinohrady is a great option (about 10 min. by metro and south of Fringe central). Other great areas are Holesovice and Letna (on the same side of the river as the Fringe but further north east) which are well connected by tram and tend to be on the cheaper side. All flat listings indicate which area they are in.
