Organised by Home Sweet Home in all areas of town including Fringe central. Highly Recommended - from as low as 686 CZK (22.00 EUR) per person per night when two sharing in beautifully located historical properties a few minutes walk from the Fringe venues and as low as 370 CZK (12.00 EUR) per person per night when 6 are sharing and further out from the centre. The web-site has a comprehensive list of hundreds of possibilities and is great fun to go through.
Your contact there is Jiří (pronounced yeer- she) Tips on where to stay: Malá strana is where the festival largely takes place but Anděl (on the same side of the river and south of Fringe central) is also very near and easy to get to by tram no 12 (7 min.) Staré město (Old Town) is easy to get to by foot across Charles Bridge and to escape the madness and experience the more local side of Prague, leafy Vinohrady is a great option (about 10min by metro and north east of Fringe central).
